Registrazione al sito internet CoolinTown e invio di messaggi informativi sugli eventi fiorentini e sui servizi di CoolinTown (consenso obbligatorio).

I declare that I have read the information provided to me pursuant to and for the purposes of Section 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and that I give my free consent to the processing of my personal data.
CoolinTown as controller of your personal data, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 ("Privacy Code”), hereby informs you that the said statute ensures the protection of persons and other subjects with reference to the processing of their personal data and that the processing operations shall be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and rights. Your personal data shall be processed in accordance with the rules of the statute cited above and the confidentiality obligations set out therein.
1) Purpose of Processing
CoolinTown may use part of the data you provided to Facebook (such as your name, surname, e-mail address, id, fb uid, profile link, date of birth, university, home town, current location, gender) solely for the following purposes:
a) in order to register you to the website http://www.coolintown.com/;
b) in order to send you e-mail informations regarding the services offered by CoolinTown and the florentine events that CoolinTown deems may be of interest to you.
CoolinTown uses “cookies” solely to improve and develop the services offered. You can set your browser in order to be notified whenever you receive a “cookie” and decide whether to accept it or not. The decision not to accept "cookies” or to delete them after the session might limit the functions available on the CoolinTown’s website.
2) Means of Processing
Your data shall be stored at our facility and shall be handled solely by authorized personnel of CoolinTown. Data shall be processed so as to guarantee the protection of your rights. Processing may occur in the following ways:
a) automatic processing by means of electronic computers;
b) manual processing of paper files;
c) collection of data by computer or online.
Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the rules set out in Sections 11, 31 et seq of the Privacy Code and pursuant to the minimum security measures set out in the technical content of Annex B).
3) Nature of the Authorization
The authorization to the processing of your data for the purposes referred to in Section 1) of this information is obligatory in order to allow CoolinTown to provide the requested services. Failure to authorize the processing of your data for the purposes described above shall impede your registration to CoolinTown.
CoolinTown informs you that in case you no longer wanted to receive the information described in para b) of Section 1), you may at any time withdraw your consent to the services thereof, by sending a cancellation request to the email address cancelnewsletter@coolintown.com.
4) Communication
CoolinTown shall not communicate your personal data to any third parties.
Pursuant to the obligations imposed by the law, CoolinTown may communicate your personal data to the following subjects:
a) public and/or private entities to whom CoolinTown is obliged to disclose information in accordance with the law or pursuant to the obligations resulting from the contract;
b) public administration and authorities, as required by law.
Under Section 4 para m) of the Privacy Code, CoolinTown shall not disseminate your personal data to any unidentified entities.
5) Right to Access Personal Data and Other Rights
You have the right to request CoolinTown to delete, communicate, update, integrate your personal data, and you may exercise all the rights under Section 7 of the Privacy Code as provided below.

Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, Section 7 - Right to Access Personal Data and Other Rights
1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
2. A data subject shall have the right to be informed
a) of the source of the personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means;
d) of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per Section 5(2);
e) of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
3. A data subject shall have the right to obtain
a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
4. A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part,
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
6) Cancellation from CoolinTown
Any person registered to CoolinTown has the right to cancel his subscription to the website at any time by sending a cancellation request at the e-mail address info@coolintown.com.
Under Section 3) above, you may at any time request CoolinTown to cancel your subscription to the services indicated at para b) of Section 1) of this information by sending a cancellation request to the email address cancelnewsletter@coolintown.com.
CoolinTown shall dispose the removal from the services and/or the website within forty-eight (48) working hours of the request.
